| How long are the pads supposed to last? | ||
| Pads can be reused many times. How long pads last varies depending on skin condition, skin preparation, storage and climate. RS Medical expects pads to last for about a month worth of treatments. Following the recommended instructions and pad care instructions described on the outer package will extend the life of a pad. | ||

| How often should I charge my batteries? How long will a charge last? | ||
| We recommend that you keep the RS-4i and RS-2m on the charger between treatments. A full charge will provide roughly two hours of treatment time, depending on intensity. For the RS-TENS Plus, rechargeable batteries should be charged when exhausted; for those who did not receive rechargeable batteries, you will be sent new alkaline batteries every month. | ||

| Most patients continue to receive pads on a monthly basis after their device is purchased. This may depend on what arrangement your insurance company makes with RS Medical. | ||

| Will I be able to place the pads on my back unassisted? | ||
| The RS-FBG Full Back Garment and RS-LB Low Back Garment helps patients get pads on difficult, hard-to-reach areas. Pads are placed on the garment according to the prescription. Patients then put the garment on, connect the stimulator and lay down to take their treatment. | ||
